Our processing times take approximately 1-2 business days, and shipping typically take 2-6 business days. We offer overnight shipping as well which is typically 1-2 depending on what day your order is placed. Please note that processing and shipping occur Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, we'll promptly provide you with tracking information. After shipping, the order is no longer in our possession at The KS Hair Kollection.
